How do I sign up for music lessons?

Do you rent musical instruments?

  • No, unfortunately, we do not provide a music instrument rental service.

Do you deliver products?

  • We hand-deliver all large products for an additional cost.

Do you do curbside pickup?

  • Yes, at checkout you may select your method of pickup, curbside being one of them.

Do you service outside the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)?

  • No, we only take orders for delivery in the Greater Toronto Area.

Do you service outside of Ontario?

  • No, we do not deliver outside the Greater Toronto Area.

What is Pre-order?

  • Pre-Order means we do not have this specific product in stock at our store. But, you can still place an order by calling us directly and in a few weeks, we will have it available for pick up or delivery.

What is your return policy?

  • Products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase/shipping date, provided they are in original condition and include all of the original accessories and packaging.

Why was my order cancelled?

  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability of stock can change rapidly and the Academy of Music does not warrant the accuracy of the information provided on our site. We reserve the right to limit products available for sale and reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed you may contact us to place an order at the correct price.
